When will the Pro paddles be available ?
Due to high demand of the Pro paddles, the projected date will be the beginning of December 2023.
How much does it cost?
The only cost to you is a $20 shipping fee. The shipping fee covers the transit to you and back to Gearbox. Gearbox will provide a UPS return label inside the demo box for your convenience. Gearbox will ship the demo’s anywhere within the continental United States. Gift cards and discounts cannot be applied to cover this charge. The $20 shipping fee cannot be applied towards a purchase. PLEASE NOTE: If demos are NOT returned to Gearbox within 5 days of the due date, the FULL retail price of all unreturned paddles will be automatically charged to your credit card. Also note, demos would be VOID of a warranty.
How long do I get to keep the demos for?
Once you receive the demos, you will have a week (7 days), to try them. For example, if the demos are delivered to you on a Monday, you will need to ship them back by the following Monday and so forth.
If I like the product that I tried, how do I purchase it?
Purchasing is easy, simply visit www.gearboxsports.com and make your new purchase. You can continue to use the demos the full week even if you find a racquet or paddle that you like on the first day. Most Gearbox racquets and paddles ship free as any purchase over $69.00 ships free on our website.
Can I purchase the demos if I find one I like?
The demos are not for resale as they most likely have been used by other customers. We want to make sure you have the best experience with our products! If you do fall in love with a specific demo product, simply purchase it new at www.gearboxsports.com.
How do I return the Demos?
Gearbox will provide a UPS return label in the box with your demos. To make the return easy, please keep the box and paperwork that comes with the demo set. After a week (7 days), place the demos back in the box and place the return label over the original shipping label. Drop the box off at your nearest staffed UPS store location.
What if I break a demo?
In the case that a demo breaks, either call or email Gearbox right away to let us know that your demo has broken. Fees will only be assessed if the product appears to be intentionally damaged or abused. This will be at the discretion of Gearbox.
What if a demo a lost or stolen?
If a demo is lost or stolen, Gearbox will charge you the full retail price for any unreturned product. Please let us know right away about this situation by calling or emailing us.
Can I order additional product with the demos?
Yes, you are able to order additional product with your demos but the transactions must be separate. First, you must complete your demo order transaction. Second, complete your additional product order. Gearbox will coordinate your demo and additional order to ship together in the same box.
How do I add the demos to my cart?
There are two ways to add demos to your cart. First, you can browse the “Shop” section of our website. When you click on a product there will be a DEMO option under “add to cart” if there is that option. Once you click on DEMO it will be added to your cart. The second option, is if you browse the “DEMO PROGRAM” category under SHOP it will display all the DEMOs available.
How fast will I receive my DEMO order?
Demos are shipped via UPS service and can take upto 2-6 business days to leave the warehouse. Once your order is processed, you will receive tracking information so you are able to track your package.
What if I forget to return my DEMOs after the 7 days?
You will not be charged a late fee if you miss your return date by a day or so. PLEASE NOTE: If demos are NOT returned to Gearbox within 5 days of due date, the FULL retail price of all unreturned paddles will be automatically charged to your credit card.
